Two distinct ways

Broadly speaking, you can go one of two ways.

If you’re talented, decisive and already have a clear vision of your professional career in a specific area, then our Direct Entry will be spot on. This is your chance to become an expert in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Commercial, Logistics, Human Resources, Research & Development or Engineering. Due to the right mix of first-class technical training and learning by doing, you will rapidly gain expertise in your respective field and take responsibility from day one.

Then there is our Management Development Programme (MDP). Lasting three years, the MDP provides business-leaders-in-the-making a career in the fast lane. The program is aimed at graduates from the business areas (Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Logistics and Human Resources) and Engineering (Production Management, Research & Development).

Above that, we also launched the European Finance Development Programme (EFDP) in 2008. The key data is similar to that of our MDP, however the functional focus within our EFDP is on the area of Finance. Therefore, this programme is specifically designed for graduates majoring in Finance or Controlling.

Our talent programmes (MDP or EFDP) provide you with the unique opportunity to build up a broad range of specialty knowledge in various functions, supplemented by the endless senior-level support that comes with it. Altogether we are offering you a development package that turns aspiring talent into true business greats within just a short period of time.
