Our European Finance Development Programme (EFDP) is aimed at graduates from the area of Finance. The three-year programme consists of three different assignments within the European finance area along with individual coaching and training. It provides the perfect foundation for a career in Finance.

The goal is challenging and clear: Take on a management position.

By the way, our Finance associates are not only number crunchers.
